We are currently located in Chester Hill however we are relocating to Narellan in the coming months.

The Role & Your Requirements

As a result of recent changes and growth, we are currently seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, committed, and hardworking person to join our team. An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Equipment Sales Manager to lead the NSW TBE sales team.

Based out of our Chester Hill facility (moving to Narellan in 2026) the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales operation of our multi-franchised construction and earthmoving equipment sales team.

Reporting directly to the State Manager, the successful candidate must be an energetic and enthusiastic self-starter and will need to possess the following attributes:

• Excellent understanding of the earthmoving and construction industry

• Mature negotiation skills

• Setting and reviewing forecast, budget and KPI’s

• Have strong communication, analytical & administrative skills.

• Develop strategies to win new business and retain existing customers.

• Have strong understanding of CRM system/s.

• Good work ethic and passion for the industry

• Work well within a team environment

• Support the Sales team with product and systems training.
