About the role

At BAY SCAFFOLD & Fence  hire we are seeking an experienced and skilled Scaffolder.

Must use initiative, be able to work unsupervised with multiple jobs to join our team in Dunsborough / Busselton Western Australia.  
 

As apart of our small scaffolding team, you will play a crucial role in logistics transportation and ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures for a variety of construction projects around Dunsborough and Busselton area.

Requirements .

• Work closely with project managers and construction teams to understand project requirements and provide scaffolding solutions

• Contribute to the development and implementation of safe work practices and procedures.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve scaffolding-related issues.

• Ability to work with construction team.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety protocols

• Physical fit and the ability to work at heights.
