Boss Aluminium is a proudly Australian manufacturer of premium 4x4 accessories, designed and built in-house at our Bayswater North and Kilsyth South facilities. With continued growth and a brand-new head office, showroom and workshop, we’re expanding our production team.

We are currently hiring for the following role:

Production Operators

Hands-on role assembling aluminium components and 4x4 accessories using hand and power tools. You’ll follow job sheets and work instructions to ensure products are built to a high standard. Suitable for those with assembly experience or a willingness to learn.

About You

• Experience in manufacturing or a similar environment (advantageous, but not required)

• Confident using hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently

• Reliable with a strong work ethic
