Southern NSW Sales Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Southern NSW sales operation across our branches in West Wyalong, Temora, Young and Goulburn. This is a senior commercial leadership role with real scope — to shape strategy, build a high-performing team, drive strong commercial outcomes and make a genuine difference in the farming communities we serve.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute dynamic, growth-oriented strategies that align with business objectives and adapt to market trends.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives and create seamless customer experiences.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage the sales budget to optimise resource allocation and maximise ROI across teams and regions.

About You:

• Experience: 5+ years in sales leadership within the retail or agricultural sectors, with proven results in sales growth and process improvements.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel regularly across the branch network (West Wyalong, Temora, Goulburn and Young) to support field operations.
• Leadership Skills: Strong team-building and motivational skills with experience fostering a high-performance environment.
• Strategic Mindset: Skilled in data-driven decision-making and tactical execution.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting with an ability to pivot as needed.
• Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
