About the role
Administration Officer
EIR Labour Hire is seeking a reliable and proactive Administration Officer to join a leading property restoration company specialising in water, fire, mould and storm damage restoration across NSW. This is an immediate-start opportunity!
Location: Lidcombe, NSW
Pay: $35.80/h + super
When: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
Start Date: Immediate start
Key Responsibilities
Data entry of technician reports
Processing internal employee and casual timesheets
Scheduling restoration jobs and coordinating bookings
Speaking with customers, insurers and technicians
General administrative support

What We're Looking For
Previous administration, customer service or data entry experience is highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident phone manner and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Good computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
Reliable, professional and eager to learn
