Chisholm is seeking an experienced and student-focused Teacher for our Automotive & Supply Management team.

About The Role
As a teacher, Automotive & Supply Management, your key responsibilities include:
Plan education practices and delivery sessions that reflect the most effective way to engage learners Develop and deliver planned teaching sessions in a variety of innovative and adaptive ways, using technology, including Moodle, to engage learners and meet their needs and learning styles Ensure that teaching materials and resources meet all regulatory standards, training packages and related requirements Establish and maintain a positive learning environment, including encouraging students to take responsibility for their own learning Adapt learning and assessment materials to cater for different students, learning environments, facilities, and resources Assist with identifying learners with difficulties and identify appropriate teaching strategies for a diverse range of learners with different needs Undertake a range of administrative, coordination, and learning services activities directly related to the areas taught Maintain a respectful, and safe environment free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.
About You
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.
Qualifications Required For The Role
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs 2015 Vocational qualifications at AQF level Certificate III in relevant Automotive field or apprenticeship indentures A record of Vocational Competency, mapped to Units of Competency engaged to deliver A record of Professional Currency, demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge Vocational currency as demonstrated through a range of work and related experience

Diploma in VET Practice Electric vehicle repair and maintenance vocational experience or qualifications AUR30620 - Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology AUR31120 - Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology AUR31220 - Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology AUR20220 - Certificate II in Automotive Air Conditioning Technology AURSS00064 - Battery Electric Vehicle Inspection and Servicing Skill Set
