JOB OVERVIEW
We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in Healthcare to support a new healthcare technology initiative. This role will play a key part in enhancing healthcare service delivery and supporting complex stakeholder requirements across Australia’s aged care and healthcare ecosystem.

ABOUT YOU
You're the "roll-up-your-sleeves" type who is always willing to take on new and/or bigger challenges. You will be organised, adaptable, and capable of working across multiple projects and timelines. You will be a reliable source of information for each of the teams, with a curious mind, a desire to learn and excellent relationship management skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding between both parties.Identify and engage key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, fostering successful collaboration.Elicit and gather comprehensive business and system requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholders throughout the project.Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive innovation, capturing outcomes accurately.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and propose creative solutions to address business challenges.Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze existing processes, identifying areas for optimization and creating detailed process maps.Document and present requirements in a clear and concise manner for the development team, ensuring accuracy and alignment.Craft user stories with clear acceptance criteria, collaborating with development teams for accurate implementation.Adopt a research-oriented mindset to understand customer journeys and pain points, visualizing and communicating customer journey maps effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
At least five years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with at least 1 year focused on healthcare.Strong understanding of the healthcare or aged care domain, preferably in the Australian market.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering successful solutions in a business analyst capacityExcellent verbal & written communication skillsExperience with agile project management tools (eg. Jira, Trello, Azure Devops)Proficiency in diagramming software (eg. Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Health Cloud components including Care Programs, Utilization Management, and Patient Records.Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, Health Cloud) are a plus.Familiarity with privacy and data security practices specific to healthcare.Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or equivalent.A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment.Actively developing their professional network and giving back to the community through participation in user and other groups, events and organisations.
