• Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes for both all-day dining, à la carte services and functions

  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet the highest standards set by the restaurant.

  • Maintain a clean, organised work area, following all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with senior chefs and the kitchen team to ensure efficient kitchen operations, especially during peak service times.

  • Execute additional requests or tasks assigned by the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs as needed.

• Requirements:

  • Full working rights in Australia

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Demi Chef or Chef De Partie in a similar high-end hospitality environment

  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or above.

  • Strong communication skills in English.

  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, evenings when necessary

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a strong commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.

  • Previous experience within a luxury environment is most desirable

Uniforms are supplied and laundered.
