DIESEL MECHANIC

We maintain a modern fleet of Kenworth prime movers and Vawdrey trailers and require a qualified diesel mechanic to join our team.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• A relevant trade qualification e.g. Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology

• High level of technical ability and knowledge

• Be able to diagnose and rectify mechanical problems efficiently and cost effectively

• Be trustworthy, hard-working and take pride in your work

• Experience in general fleet maintenance

• Current unrestricted driver's license

• MC licence desirable

• Experience with Kenworth and Cummins engines will be highly regarded

• Experience with computer-based diagnostic programs will be highly regarded (training provided for right candidate)

• Excellent communication skills
