Office Allrounder / FT

About the role

Regency Foods Australia is a busy meat / smallgoods wholesaler. We are currently looking for an Office All Rounder to assist in the sales team with data entry and also the purchasing area with receipting in of stock and reconciliation of accounts. This is a full time role located in Henderson.

Key responsibilities

• Entering in of sales purchase orders / creation to pick slips and then invoice when complete / shipped

• Creation of freight consignment notes

• Answering emails to chefs on site

• Emailing suppliers re purchasing follow up

• Assist with ordering of and receipting in of stock

About you

• Attention to detail

• Able to work under pressure, this is a fast paced role at times and must be able to think on your feet

• Ability to understand and follow directions

• Sound computer skills

• Willing to be part of a team, need to be a good communicator

• Knowledge of basic AP and AR procedures

• Strong work ethic

• Legal rights to work in Australia
