Site Supervisor NBN

Ventia is seeking a Site Supervisor to support the delivery of our nbn infrastructure program, working from Beresfield, Newcastle with regular travel across regional NSW. About The Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role supporting the delivery of construction and telecommunications infrastructure projects across the nbn program. Working closely with field crews, subcontractors and stakeholders, you'll ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. Additionally, you'll:

Conduct site inspections and verify works against approved construction plansCoordinate subcontractors and field delivery crews across multiple project locationsAssess completed works and identify defects, quality issues or construction risksSupport scoping activities and provide practical buildability adviceMonitor underground services, site constraints and construction requirementsMaintain project records and communicate progress to internal stakeholders and project teams

About You

Are you our next Site Supervisor?

Experience within telecommunications, civil construction or infrastructure projectsPrevious experience leading crews, subcontractors or field-based teamsAbility to read, interpret and assess construction drawings and plansStrong understanding of underground utilities, assets and construction methodologiesConfident using computers, project systems and reporting toolsPractical experience with civil works, drilling, trenching or utility infrastructure construction
