About the role

Papa Rolly's by Gemelli is looking for a Supervisor to join our team.  You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure a smooth operation. This position is a rare opportunity and only serious candidates will be considered.  

Duties

• Work closely with restaurant manager to ensure smooth operation

• Lead and train the team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service

• Managing and coordinating all events and functions

• Handling guests requests in a genuine and professional manner

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar Supervisor role.

• Full working rights in Australia

• A calm and professional approach to their job

• Strong communication skills

• Incredible attention to detail and organisation skills
