Educational Leader Diploma/ECT

We are a family-owned, independent childcare centre located in the Kellyville area. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Educational Leader to join our team.

As an Educational Leader, while working on the floor, you will play a key role in guiding and mentoring educators, supporting curriculum development, and ensuring high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.

• Mentor and support staff in implementing the EYLF and reflective practices.

• Guide curriculum planning, documentation, and assessment processes.

• Promote continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and centre policies.

• Foster positive relationships with children, families, educators, and the community.

• Support a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and excellence.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

• Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Education and Care Services National Regulations.

• Previous experience in a Educational leadership role within an early childhood setting.

• Excellent communication, mentoring, and organisational skills.

• Current Working with Children Check.

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
