We're growing across Sydney and looking for Trade Sales Specialists to join our stores in Alexandria, Roselands Commercial, and Dulwich Hill — plus other locations across the Sydney patch. What You'll Bring

We welcome applicants across a range of experience levels — from those with solid retail sales experience ready to specialise, through to seasoned sales leaders looking for their next challenge.

Essential:

• Experience in sales, retail, or trade (any level considered)
• A confident, target-driven approach with the ability to work towards and achieve sales goals
• Comfortable working with tools and power tools, with a strong focus on safety standards
• Solid computer skills and confidence using sales/POS software
• Availability to work one weekend day per week

Highly Desirable:

• Previous team leadership or management experience within a sales or retail environment
• Existing trade or power tool product knowledge
• A genuine passion for helping tradies and DIY customers find the right solution

What You'll Be Doing

• Processing over-the-counter and phone sales transactions
• Providing accurate advice on products, features, and services to customers
• Handling customer queries and complaints, and confidently offering solutions
• Contributing to merchandising and store presentation/displays
• Participating in ongoing training to build your product and sales expertise
