The Analyst - Programs role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of social care initiatives in Broome, Western Australia. This position involves analysing program data, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that services meet the needs of the community. The successful candidate will contribute to the enhancement of social, environment, economic and cultural programs, making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families in the region.

About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, Performance, Strategy, Research & Policy, the Analyst – Programs plays a critical role in supporting NBY's Planning and Performance Framework across a diverse portfolio of programs and projects. You will work closely with program teams to strengthen planning, reporting, data quality and performance management practices, ensuring programs demonstrate clear links between activities, outcomes and organisational priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between operational delivery and strategic reporting, turning information into meaningful insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement.

You will ideally bring:
Experience working with Aboriginal organisations, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, impact measurement or culturally diverse communities will be highly regarded.
