ABOUT YOUMinimum 10 years of engineering design experience within a reputable engineering consultancyMembership with Engineers Australia as CPEng and NERAmbitious with great energy and passion for structural engineeringSound technical understanding of relevant Australian StandardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAn interest in interacting with external design teams and developing skills to assist in the management of the internal team.Passion for teaching, mentoring and guiding younger engineersLove to engage with others to build positive and long-lasting relationshipsAbility to work effectively independently and in a team environmentCommitted to continually adding value by raising the performance of your work and the work of others around you
