Join REMONDIS, a leading environmental services company, as our HSEQ Advisor working across our NSW portfolio. You'll be working within our safety team to help maintain and enhance our health, safety, environment, and quality standards across our operations.

About the Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced HSEQ professional who is passionate about creating safer workplaces and protecting our environment. In this role, you'll collaborate with teams across our NSW operations to implement effective HSEQ management systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain HSEQ policies, procedures, and work instructionsConduct risk assessments and incident investigationsDeliver training programs and safety briefings to staff at all levelsMonitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsSupport internal and external auditsPrepare reports and present HSEQ performance metrics to managementCollaborate with operational teams to identify improvement opportunities
What We're Looking For
Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related fieldMinimum 3 years experience in HSEQ advisory roles, preferably in waste management or industrial operationsStrong knowledge of WHS legislation, environmental regulations, and quality management systemsExcellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsAnalytical mindset with attention to detailValid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites
