Babakin Primary School (PS) is a small, family-oriented school located in the heart of the Central Wheatbelt. We cater for students from Kindergarten to Year 6, and currently operate one well-resourced multi-age classroom. The Role
Babakin PS is seeking an experienced, motivated and highly organised individual to join our leadership team as Manager Corporate Services.
The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the effective operation of the school by implementing sound financial management, budgeting and administrative practices. You will have well-developed financial management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also contribute to reviewing and strengthening school business processes to support continuous improvement.
As a member of the leadership team, the Manager Corporate Services works collaboratively with the Principal and staff to deliver positive outcomes for students while providing strategic advice on financial, human and physical resource management. The successful applicant will ideally display initiative, sound organisational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service to students, families and the wider school community.
Applicants should ideally have a broad understanding of the legislation, policies and governance requirements relevant to the role and display the ability to lead and support school support staff. Previous experience in a primary school setting will be highly regarded.
A handover will be provided by the current Manager Corporate Services prior to appointment, ensuring a smooth transition into the role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming, collaborative school community where your contribution will make a genuine difference.
