We're currently seeking dedicated a Registered Nurse for permanent part-time Night Duty positions.

This role is exclusively weekday night duty shifts only.

Week 1: Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday.

Week 2:  Tuesday, Wednesday.

No weekend shifts are available.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at St Andrews Ballina, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical care and medication management

• Collaborating with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team

• Leading and mentoring care staff to ensure best practice

• Maintaining accurate documentation and care plans

• Promoting a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment

What We're Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in either aged care or general nursing settings

• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards

• eCase experience is strongly preferred for this position

• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check (submitted by St Andrews on your behalf)

• Australian working rights
