Graphic Designer

Role Description This part-time Graphic Designer role at HRZ LIFT / Novo Horizonte is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility to work some days from home. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and internal documents. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and operations teams to interpret briefs, developing design concepts and layouts, and preparing files for production or online publication. The role also involves maintaining consistent visual branding across all touchpoints, refining existing assets, and providing creative input on campaigns and promotional activities. The Graphic Designer is expected to manage multiple projects, meet agreed timelines, and ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print media.Ability to develop effective Logo Design and Branding solutions that align with organizational identity and values.Proficiency in Typography and layout principles to produce clear, engaging, and accessible designs.Competence with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to constructive feedback.Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.Prior experience in a design role or a portfolio demonstrating relevant work; formal design education or certification is an advantage.
