As part of our growing digital business, you'll also support a portfolio of leading footwear brands, working across multiple ecommerce websites and online marketplaces.

The Role
Reporting to the Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in the execution of our ecommerce and digital marketing strategy across our portfolio of footwear brands, websites and online marketplaces. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll help deliver engaging, commercially optimised online experiences while ensuring our digital channels are accurate, compelling and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly product launches across websites and online marketplaces.
• Maintain and enrich product data, ensuring product information, imagery, pricing and content are accurate, consistent and published on time across multiple ecommerce channels.
• Coordinate the scheduling and execution of promotional activity across websites, online marketplaces and other digital channels.
• Merchandise websites to maximise customer engagement, conversion and online sales.
• Monitor website performance, product availability and customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse trading performance and prepare weekly ecommerce reporting.
• Assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare marketing briefs and coordinate digital assets with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of EDMs, website content and digital campaigns.
• Research competitor activity, industry trends and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging online content, successful product launches and commercial initiatives across multiple brands.

About You

• Previous experience in an Ecommerce, Digital Marketing or Online Trading role.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, online merchandising and digital marketing principles.
• Experience managing product information and promotional activity across ecommerce channels.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify commercial opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience within retail, fashion or footwear will be highly regarded.
