Office Admin & Customer Service

About the role

You will be joining our office administration and customer service team in our office. The job is Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm, with a half hour lunch break.

Key responsibilities

• Processing quotations, sales orders, invoices and credit notes in Sage Pastel Evolution

• Processing NDIS-related orders

• Answering the phone and directing calls, and attending to walk in customers

• With training and support, providing customer service advice on product enquiries and which products to use

• Actioning emails, and liaising with customers to sort out problems, e.g. wrong deliveries

• Using various online customer portals for processing orders and payments

• Payment chasing

• Filing

• Office stationary re-ordering

About you

• Customer service skills are essential

• Experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook useful

• Excellent literacy is essential

• Some office admin experience preferred

• Happy to work in a small team

• This would be a great role for someone who:

  • Has their own transport

  • Is a non-smoker (as we make medical products)

  • Is able to commit to the 8am-4pm working hours, Monday to Friday

We are an Osborne Park based healthcare manufacturing company with a small team of about 15 staff, making various sewn and plastic aids used in aged care and for people living with injuries or disabilities.
