Styling & Shoot Production Assistant

The Role:

You will work closely with our Stylist and Shoot Production Manager to help execute photo shoots from concept to completion. No two days are the same - you’ll be involved in shoot production, styling preparation, sample coordination, on-set styling, model castings and post-production.

We are looking for a highly organised, creative, and hands-on Styling & Shoot Production Assistant to support our Stylist and Shoot Production Manager across campaign shoots, eCommerce content, and brand imagery.

This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys bringing creative concepts to life while staying exceptionally organised behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with pre-shoot preparation including coordinating samples

Steam garments and ensure all items are shoot-ready

Organise and carry out castings

Help manage and organise samples/shippers before and after shoots

Provide general administrative support to the Shoot Producer

Support on-set during shoots as needed

• Previous experience in fashion, e-commerce or shoots.
