Procurement Category Analyst - Third Party Manufacturing (TPM)


The Role

Bega Group have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Category Analyst to support the continued growth of our Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM) function within our Retail Sales, Marketing & Partnerships team.

Reporting to the Head of Third Party Manufacturing, you will support the sourcing, onboarding and ongoing management of external manufacturing partners while contributing to supplier governance, reporting and commercial activities.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will coordinate projects, analyse supplier and market data, maintain contract and governance records, and support innovation and business continuity initiatives.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your procurement, commercial and supplier management capability while gaining exposure to a broad range of manufacturing partners and strategic business initiatives.

Based in Melbourne, you will play an important role in supporting TPM performance and helping deliver operational and commercial outcomes across the business.


Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and onboarding activities for TPM suppliers to meet business, quality, cost and service requirements
  
• Assist with supplier contract administration, governance processes, KPI reporting and compliance activities
  
• Collect, organise and analyse supplier, cost, market and performance data to support business recommendations
  
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement through meeting preparation, reporting, action tracking and supplier communications
  
• Support NPD, innovation and business continuity projects by coordinating supplier inputs and escalating risks where required
  

About You

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, project coordination, account management or a supplier-facing role within FMCG or a related industry
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide practical, evidence-based recommendations
  
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on actions
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging internal stakeholders and suppliers
  
• A proactive and curious mindset, with a desire to build expertise in procurement, supplier governance and third-party manufacturing
