Mr Jones Car Detailing is a growing automotive detailing and protection business based in Campbelltown, and we're looking for a driven Sales & Partnerships Representative to help take our business to the next level.

This isn't a role where you'll sit around waiting for customers to call.

You'll be following up leads, converting enquiries into bookings, reaching out to local businesses and building partnerships that generate ongoing work.

• Convert incoming leads and enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Follow up warm leads via phone, SMS and email

• Work towards a target of 6+ confirmed bookings per week

• Work towards ongoing business relationships and trade accounts

• Sell services including ceramic/graphene coatings, paint correction, detailing and vehicle protection packages

• Contact local businesses to develop fleet and recurring detailing accounts

• Build relationships with dealerships, automotive businesses and other potential referral partners

• Proactively identify new partnership and collaboration opportunities

• Re-engage previous customers and leads

• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and follow-up process

• Work closely with the owners and detailing team to maximise workshop capacity

• Help develop recurring revenue through memberships, fleet accounts and repeat customers

The role will include a base salary plus commission/incentives, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings as you grow sales.

For the right person, there is significant opportunity to grow with the business and take greater ownership of sales and business development.

You don't necessarily need automotive detailing experience - we can teach you the products.

What we can't teach is hunger, confidence and the desire to close.

You'll ideally be someone who:

• Has previous sales, appointment-setting or business development experience

• Is confident picking up the phone and speaking with new people

• Knows how to follow up without giving up after one attempt

• Is comfortable working towards weekly sales targets

• Can build genuine relationships with customers and businesses

• Is organised and can manage multiple leads at different stages

• Has strong written and verbal communication skills

• Is self-motivated and enjoys being accountable for results

• Has an interest in cars or the automotive industry

Experience in automotive, car sales, detailing, aftermarket products, insurance, real estate, fitness memberships or other target-driven sales environments would be highly regarded.

Mr Jones isn't a high-volume car wash.

We specialise in professional detailing, paint correction, ceramic and graphene coatings and vehicle protection.

This is primarily an on-site role from our Campbelltown workshop, allowing you to work closely with our team, customers and daily workshop operations.

Some local business visits and networking may also be required.
