Facility Hire Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Facilities Hire Coordinator to oversee the hire and operation of a range of venues across our Berwick and Pakenham campuses.

This role is responsible for the smooth, safe and effective management of facilities available for hire to external groups and organisations, including the Community Arts and Recreation Centre Theatre (Berwick), the Lois Maghanoy Centre for Performing Arts Theatre (Pakenham) and a range of other College facilities.

The successful candidate will have experience in venue hire, facilities, events or operations, along with highly developed written and verbal communication skills. They will have the ability to build positive relationships with community groups, customers and external agencies, while ensuring facilities are presented to a high standard and venue hire activities run smoothly.

Position Details:

• This is a fulltime, ongoing position
• Commencing 24th August 2026 or as soon as possible
• Working Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.06pm (open to negotiation)
• Working across both the Berwick and Pakenham Campus 
• A current Employee Working with Children Check and Police Check
