About the Role - Facade Project Coordinator

SEM Windows Pty Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Dandenong South. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in project manager to deliver the project, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards and also managing the store room stocktakes. As the Project Coordinator you will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to achieve project success.

The ideals candidates duties will include, though will not be limited to

•  Communicating with China offshore R&D team.

• Liaising with estimators, productions, project managers and builders/architects to deliver the project

• Liaising with architects and engineers to gather requirements and designs

• Coordinate resources, including materials, equipment, and subcontractors, to support project needs.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective solutions.

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, management, and project teams, to provide updates and ensure alignment.

• On site coordination.

Requirements

• Minium two years proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Self-motivated.

• Able to speak and read Mandarin.

• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills,
