Your role
As Director Service Industries, you will lead a critical, state-wide portfolio delivering essential services that keep correctional centres operating safely and efficiently. From food services and logistics to textiles, laundry and inmate buy-ups, you’ll drive high-quality, cost-effective outcomes while ensuring strong compliance and operational excellence in a complex environment.
As a senior leader, you’ll play a key role in setting strategy, strengthening performance and unlocking opportunities for inmate employment and skills development that support reintegration and reduce reoffending. Leading a diverse workforce and significant resources, you’ll champion innovation, accountability and continuous improvement making a tangible impact on operational outcomes and safer communities.

What we’re looking for
We do work that really matters
Corrective Services NSW delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce reoffending and create safer communities. We manage inmates in custody and supervise offenders in the community, working closely with courts, releasing authorities and partner agencies to support rehabilitation, reintegration and community safety.
