What You'll Be Working OnReporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you'll support the management of customer accounts and receivables processes, including:Processing invoices, receipts and account allocationsManaging reconciliations and investigating discrepanciesSupporting collections activities and responding to enquiriesMaintaining accurate records and reportingAssisting with month-end activities and process improvementsBuilding strong relationships across Finance and the wider business
What Type Of Person Will Be SuccessfulYou'll enjoy a role where attention to detail, organisation and customer service are equally important.
We're Looking For Someone WithExperience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Officer, Credit Officer or similar roleUnderstanding of accounting principles and financial processesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approachExperience with accounting systems and Microsoft Office
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or improving processes will be highly regarded.
