I am currently partnering with an established and highly respected organization to source a dedicated Human Resources Professional. Based in Welshpool, Western Australia, this is a full-time position operating as a key advisory and support role within the business. In this capacity, you will work closely with the leadership team in a hands-on, strategic and operational role.

Your primary purpose will be supporting and implementing the company's people and culture strategy. You will be responsible for assisting with core HR functions, which includes recruitment, performance, compliance, training, engagement, and payroll support. You will provide guidance and advice to management and staff while ensuring legislative compliance and fostering a high-performance and respectful workplace culture. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with the Payroll & HR/EA Coordinator to ensure seamless operational delivery.
