About the role

Due to our ever growing operations throughout Bentleigh, we currently have an outstanding opportunity for a results and customer service driven Display Host to be based at our beautiful Bentleigh Display Homes.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support will be provided to the Sales Consultant 

• Increase sales opportunities whilst accurately recording lead details 

• Support strategic marketing campaigns in line with business objectives

• Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service

• Ensure that the Display home is presentable each day

About you

For us, quality is an attitude not an outcome.

The successful applicant must have:

Microsoft office skills - intermediate 

Customer Service skills, high exposure to retail environments.

Able to work Monday - Wednesday and on the Weekend.

Excellent written and verbal communication

Outgoing personality

Strong time management skills

Well-developed problem solving and people handling skills

Exposure to the construction Industry, (Desirable but not mandatory)

This role would suit someone who loves working with clients and staff alike and has a passion for interior/ new home design. 

A normal working week will include weekends as well as Monday to Wednesday,  the role could also be considered a first step into construction sales or operations for the successful applicant

This role will undertake greeting people as they walk through the doors of the displays, with a cheerful, and happy manner.

Beyond that, you are reliable, detail oriented, considerate and demonstrate a genuine understanding of teamwork
