Job Title:
Experienced Middle Eastern/English Cook / Chef
* Location: Bentleigh East, VIC
* Job Type: Casual 4 Days a Week, Monday to Thursday from 9.30 am to 2 pm.
* Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Key Responsibilities
* Food Preparation: Prepare and cook authentic Middle Eastern and Levantine dishes using fresh, quality ingredients.
* Kitchen Standards: Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen control procedures.
* Service Efficiency: Work calmly and efficiently under high pressure during busy service hours.
* Team Support: Assist with stock rotation, inventory control, and keeping the kitchen clean and organised.


Requirements & Skills
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen experience, with specific background in Middle Eastern, Lebanese, or Mediterranean cuisine or English Cafe/Restaurant.
* Knowledge: Deep understanding of spice profiles, grilling, and traditional preparation methods.
* Qualifications: Valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate or relevant culinary qualifications.
* Work Vibe: Strong team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
* Work Visa: Must have valid work visa to work in Australia.
