Casual Retail & Online Store Assistant

Do you love toys, creativity and connecting with families in your local community? Our team is growing and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable casual team member to join us across our Enoggera store and online warehouse.

A bit about us:

We are an independent, family-owned Brisbane toy store passionate about selling high-quality toys. We strive to create a welcoming environment where kids and parents alike can explore and discover.

Our store is filled with carefully selected toys, games, puzzles, books and more, all chosen to promote educational and developmental growth for kids of all ages.

With a strong local following and rapidly growing online store, we’re dedicated to creating a joyful experience both in-store and online.

About the role:

This is a varied role working between our retail store and online warehouse, including:

Providing warm, friendly customer service in-store and on the phone

Assisting customers with product selection and enquiries

Packing and dispatching online orders

Using Shopify to manage online orders and basic admin

Using Shopify POS in store

General store and stock organisation

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Have previous retail or customer service experience

Have Shopify experience and/or order packing experience (highly advantageous)

Are organised, proactive, and comfortable multitasking

Enjoy working in a small, close-knit team

Are confident working independently when needed

Have a genuine love for toys or creative products

Availability requirements (essential):

Available 2-3 or more days per week

Store hours: Monday–Friday 10am–4pm, Saturday 9am–4pm

Saturday availability is a must (minimum 2 Saturdays per month)
