Labourer - Full Time

About the role
Capital Way Interiors is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Canning Vale, WA 6155. This involves/ is not limited to stock management, order preparation, warehouse duties, deliveries and assisting trades.

Key responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with a range of installation and renovation projects

• Prepare and maintain work sites, including site setup, cleaning, and removal of waste materials

• Handle and transport materials safely, including lifting, carrying and organising stock

• Perform general labouring duties such as mixing, demolition and site preparation work

• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision

• Assist with loading and unloading materials from vehicles

• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and well maintained

• Pick, pack and prepare materials for upcoming jobs

• Drive company vehicles and trucks for deliveries

• Assist with general warehouse duties and manual handling

What we're looking for

• Physical fitness and capability to perform manual labour, including lifting and carrying heavy materials

• Willingness to learn and develop skills within the trades and services industry

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Forklift licence

• Previous labouring or construction experience is advantageous but not essential

• A valid driver's licence and own transport is desirable
