Relief Building Manager (Full-Time & Casual Opportunities)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Relief Building Managers to support our portfolio of residential buildings across Melbourne.

We have both full-time and casual opportunities available, making this the perfect role for experienced Building Managers looking for flexibility, variety or a permanent career with a respected and growing company.

As a Relief Building Manager, you will provide operational support across our portfolio by covering annual leave, personal leave and other planned absences. Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to work across a range of high-quality residential buildings while being supported by our experienced Operations Team

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of residential apartment buildings

• Delivering exceptional customer service to residents, owners and contractors

• Coordinating contractors and maintenance works

• Monitoring essential services and ensuring compliance requirements are met

• Responding to resident enquiries professionally and efficiently

• Maintaining a safe, clean and well-presented building

• Supporting Owners Corporations and working closely with the FMV Operations Team

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Residential Building Manager (essential)

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• A proactive, organised and professional approach

• The ability to work independently and adapt quickly to different buildings

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills

• Intermediate computer skills
