About the role
We are looking for someone for two days a week 8-5pm, Monday and Saturday (8am-12:30). Must also have some flexibility with days now and then. Must have medical experience and good computer skills
Qualifications
Experience in receptionist duties, including answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in clerical skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
understanding of tyro and HICAPS payments
experience using practise management system
