As Sales Executive in our Microsoft & ServiceNow Practice, you will be joining a market leading team who are delivering cutting edge projects across the ANZ region.

This role will focus on new business and account management, driving growth by selling Microsoft & ServiceNow industry-leading solutions.

Role

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Microsoft ERP, CRM, and ServiceNow business application solutions.
• Identify, engage, and secure federal government customers and other enterprise customers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within federal government agencies and commercial clients.
• Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
• Maintain detailed sales pipeline and forecast reports to support business objectives.
• Stay up to date on Microsoft solution offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in federal government sales with a solid track record of winning contracts.
• Strong background in selling Microsoft and/or ServiceNow business applications
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
