Customer Service/Front of House Reception

The Business: 

"The Well" is a premium Health and Wellness Centre with a variety of wellness aspects in one location. Located in one of the most saught after locations, on Campbell Pde, right on the stunning Bondi Beach.

Offering a variety of wellness aspects all in the one location, from a preimum fitness centre, the finest of Reformer Pilates beds, Yoga, Group Fitness, Infrared Saunas, Ice Baths and dedicated recovery areas available to our members and clients. 

The Well is one of a kind. 

We are actively seeking a passionate, self-driven, motivated customer service/reception team member to join our team on a Casual basis with hours var. As the first and last person that our members see, this person must possess a strong professional customer service background with an administration back ground to be able to work autonomously whilst meeting and greeting clients to help them with their fitness journey. We operate 7 days a week, with shifts ranging from 5:15am through to 9pm, we are searching for the perfect person to take on leading the front of house team with a roster across 7 days on a rotating basis. Weekend work is required. The role offers approx 30 hours per week.

You'll provide heartfelt service and exceptional operational leadership to help deliver an extraordinary prospect and member on-boarding experience in a pristine, compelling and safe environment. You'll leverage your personality to build true community and create an environment where members love spending time and are keen to be part of.  You'll be empowered to find ways to give our members and prospects that little bit extra... especially when it's unexpected.  

We are seeking that person who is experienced in customer service and who is warm, honest & genuine with their approach and a neat-freak reputation. You love to create meaningful moments for people as much as you love to meticulously execute customer service along with managing checklists and members. Whatever a prospect or a member needs or is looking for, you want to get an outcome for them. You get a kick out of ensuring things run so smoothly that people go wow! You're comfortable and can easily communicate at all levels and you're authentic when you express yourself. You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and any experience with Mindbody is a bonus, but not crucial.

This is a unique role where staff are supported by external management and an amazing in house leadership team, who look after sales, assist greatly in the admin and paperwork, so the role remains focused heavily on customer experience, operations of the facility and retention of the community within the facility.

Skills and experience

• Strong Customer Service experience

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• An eye for detail and strong ability to be accountable to numbers

• Experience in Mindbody a strong advantage

• Confident and well equipped to build relationships and a team

• Fun, outgoing and a great team player
