Are you a Registered or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care? Tweed Day Surgery is looking for a nurse to join our Scrub/Scout or Endoscopy or Anaesthetic teams. Suitable applicants with the right clinical background are encouraged to apply.

As a Registered/Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based nursing care

• Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team

• Ensuring patient and staff safety

• Delivering excellent patient care

• Working closely with visiting medical officers

Tweed Day Surgery is a stand-alone facility with 3 operating theatres, specialising in Ophthalmology, Endoscopy, Plastics, Orthopaedics, Max Facs, General, ENT, and Pain Management. We're situated on the QLD/NSW border.

Essential Criteria:

• Current registration with AHPRA

• Perioperative nursing experience

• Working with Children Check

• Commitment to quality patient care

• Compliance with ACSQHC National Standards

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Basic computer skills

• Minimum 3 years' Scrub/Scout/Endoscopy/Anaesthetics experience

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
