Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our Health and Community Care Services team across North West Metro Melbourne. The Physiotherapist is responsible for the professional physiotherapy assessment, treatment, management, and evaluation of physiotherapy clients. Day to day work will involve visiting clients in their home, residential aged care facility and community clinics. This position involves covering Ballarat, Ballan and Bacchus Marsh areas.

What you bring:

• Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy)
• Experience in community health settings
• Current Working with Children Check - Employee
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module
• Current Driver's License
• Current registration with AHPRA

Desirable:   

• Experience in working as part of a multidisciplinary health team
• Experience working with HCP/SAH Clients
• Experience working with clients in a Residential Facility
• Experience working in an Allied Health Clinic
• Well-developed communication skills with the ability to consult at all levels
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
