About You:
This position requires a highly motivated & proactive individual, who is a strong team player. You have a positive attitude, are friendly and empathetic and are a quick learner. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless experience for all who visit our practice.
Responsibilities will include:
Efficiently managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Greeting and welcoming patients, both in person and on the phone, with a friendly and professional manner
Efficiently managing patient bookings, rescheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate electronic patient records
Handling patient inquiries, providing information about our services, and addressing any concerns they may have
Assisting with the processing of payments
Maintaining a well-organised and tidy reception area, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment for our patients
Providing general administrative support to the clinical team as needed

Essential Criteria:
Previous experience in a medical or healthcare administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach when interacting with patients
Strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to multitask and maintain attention to detail
Proficient in using computerised patient management systems and standard office software (Genie preferred)
A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
Excellent work ethic and takes pride in their work
Professional demeanour with patients and colleagues at all times
