Registered Nurse - Grafton - Fixed Morning or Afternoon Shift

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join an established aged care team in Grafton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of older Australians while working within a supportive and welcoming team environment.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents, working closely with care staff, families and the broader clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

The role will include:

• Providing high-quality clinical care to residents

• Completing clinical assessments and care planning

• Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing

• Managing medications and clinical documentation

• Responding to changes in residents' health and escalating concerns appropriately

• Supporting residents living with dementia

• Working collaboratively with care and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintaining compliance with relevant aged care standards and legislation

• Building positive relationships with residents and their families

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Australian experience within aged or geriatric care

• Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards

• Experience working with, or a willingness to develop your skills in, dementia care

• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for providing person-centred care
