Property Manager

About the role

You will manage an established residential portfolio, with the majority of properties located across Adelaide's southern suburbs, together with a smaller number of properties in the CBD and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio while working alongside an experienced administration and property management team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an established portfolio of residential properties
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct routine inspections
• Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Manage maintenance requests and coordinate contractors
• Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
• Attend to tenancy matters and arrears where required
• Ensure properties and tenancy processes comply with South Australian legislation
• Provide a high level of customer service to landlords and tenants

About you

• Current South Australian Property Manager Registration – Essential
• Previous residential Property Management experience
• Good knowledge of the SA Residential Tenancies Act
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage a portfolio independently
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Professional presentation and a positive, practical attitude
