Assistant Practice Manager - Part Time (3 Days/week)

Join our friendly, high‑performing general practice located in beautiful Stratford. With an excellent culture and supportive team, we’re looking for an Assistant Practice Manager to help keep our practice running smoothly while we deliver outstanding patient care.

About the role

• Part‑time position: 3 days per week

• Assist the Practice Manager with daily operations, workflow, and team coordination

• Support rostering, staff communication, and patient flow

• Help implement and maintain policies, procedures, and quality initiatives

• Contribute to reporting, compliance, and practice improvement projects

About you

• At least 3 years’ experience in general practice (required)

• Proficient in Best Practice software desired

• Experience with Xero highly regarded

• Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Friendly, calm, and able to work well in a close‑knit team
