The Project

ACCIONA has partnered with Georgiou under the CoastalTraX consortium to deliver The Wave Stage 1 on the Sunshine Coast. The project will design and build a 19km dual-track passenger rail line from Beerwah to Caloundra, including new stations at Bells Creek and Caloundra.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you will coordinate internal communications across The Wave Stage 1 project. You will produce client-facing reports and presentations, support internal newsletters and events, and manage creative content, including video, that keeps ACCIONA and CoastalTraX consortium partners connected and informed.

Key Accountabilities

• Review and format the monthly client project report
• Format PLT slide decks, presentations and briefing papers
• Prepare leadership updates and milestone emails
• Develop content for internal team newsletters
• Support internal events with creative and communications material
• Produce project feature stories for consortium partners
• Manage video and creative content development

Capability & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications
• Background in internal communications, ideally infrastructure
• Skilled across Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong proofreading and editing ability
• Current Australian driver's licence
