The Opportunity

 We are currently looking for Electrical & Solar Installation Assistants to support our experienced electricians and technicians on-site.

No extensive industry experience is required for the right candidate. This is a hands-on role suited to people who enjoy practical work, are comfortable working outdoors and are interested in developing their skills within the electrical and renewable energy industry.

 We welcome applications from a wide range of candidates, including people seeking a career change, migrants with Australian working rights and eligible working holiday visa holders.

 Full-time, part-time and casual opportunities may be available.

What You’ll Be Doing 🔧

 • Assisting electricians and technicians with on-site installations

• Supporting solar panel and electrical installation work

• Handling tools, equipment and materials safely

• Preparing and maintaining work areas

• Following workplace health and safety requirements

• Working collaboratively with the installation team

What We’re Looking For 👷

• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn

• Comfortable with physical and outdoor work

• Confident working at heights

• Basic understanding of hand and power tools

• Strong awareness of workplace safety

• Valid Australian working rights

Required Tickets 🎫

• Construction White Card

• Working Safely at Heights certification

 A current driver’s licence and previous construction, electrical or solar experience will be highly regarded.
