About the role
Full-Time | Melbourne
Bowltiful is a growing hospitality business specialising in authentic Lanzhou beef noodles. Since opening our first restaurant in Melbourne in 2019, we have continued to expand and are committed to providing quality food and genuine customer service.
As our business grows, we are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director with day-to-day administration and business coordination.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the Director and assist with daily operations, scheduling, communication and general business support.
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments and daily schedule.
Handle emails, phone calls and business correspondence.
Organise meetings, prepare meeting notes and follow up on action items.
Coordinate travel, accommodation and meeting arrangements when required.
Liaise with staff, suppliers, customers and other business contacts.
Prepare reports, presentations and business documents.
Maintain organised filing and administrative records.
Assist with research and other administrative tasks as required.
We're looking for someone who is:
Well organised with good time management skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Professional, reliable and trustworthy.
A clear communicator with good written and verbal English.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar administrative role will be highly regarded.
A stable full-time position.
A friendly and supportive working environment.
