About the role

Be the business hub — connecting sales, the workshop floor, and our customers. Manage job timelines, quoting, customer communication, and day-to-day workflow. Oversee cash flow, P&L, stock ordering, and WHS compliance. Work directly alongside the Managing Director, BDM, and Production Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Connect sales, the workshop floor, and customers

• Manage job timelines, quoting, and customer communication

• Manage day-to-day workflow

• Oversee cash flow and P&L

• Manage stock ordering

• Oversee WHS compliance

• Work directly alongside the Managing Director, BDM, and Production Manager

About you

• Experience in business management, operations, or workshop coordination

• Strong people skills — comfortable with customers, tradespeople, and management

• Commercially minded with basic financial literacy (P&L, cash flow)

• Organised and proactive

• Background in heavy vehicle, trade, or transport industry an advantage — not essential
