Join one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing used car dealerships as a Vehicle Buyer.
This is a high-energy, high-reward role where your results do the talking. You’ll be scouting the market, negotiating strong, and making daily deals that drive serious profit.
What You’ll Do:
• Source vehicles through online listings, auctions, private sellers, and trade-ins
• Negotiate like a pro to lock in profitable deals
• Stay ahead of the market—know what’s hot, what’s not, and what’s next
• Build relationships, close confidently, and always keep moving
• Own your numbers. Your success is in your hands
What You Bring:
• Technologically competent, able to navigate computer programs to source vehicles from the private sector
• Strong communicator who can read people and close deals
• Competitive mindset—you’re not here to cruise, you’re here to win
• Independent, driven, and obsessed with hitting targets
• Passion for cars + a sharp business sense
