About the role
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an CRM Database & Systems Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, data integrity, operational support and continuous improvement of the Library’s CRM platform.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have the following knowledge and experience:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in information technology, data management, business systems or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated professional experience.
Experience maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights Journeys) and Power Platform components (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
Knowledge of database administration, CRM systems or enterprise business platforms, including data quality, user access, configuration support and operational issue resolution.
Experience with data migration and integration (ability to map, cleanse, and load data from a variety of sources), and data visualisation and analytics (transforming data into actionable insights using Power BI and SQL).
Experience managing data requests, segmentation, extracts, data cleansing, reporting support or system administration activities for business users.
